IT Platforms Service Owner Permanent Manchester £55000 - £61000 Hybrid Working Can you make your mark creating and building a new IT service model and operating framework? Put continuous improvement and the customer first by pushing boundaries and challenging the current model. As an ITIL Service Management professional looking for a newly created role, you will evolve and deliver a first class Workday & ITrent Support model working closely with the business and 3rd party suppliers. This is your opportunity to build a shared understanding of what is needed to achieve excellence and evolve key external supplier and senior internal stakeholder relationships. What's in it for you? This role will put you in a position of influence and in front of key senior stakeholders across the business whilst delivering a brand new service model. Increase and enhance your systems knowledge of Workday and I-Trent platforms collaborating directly with key 3rd party suppliers. Coach, mentor and develop your team.
