Our highly regarded client is currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Regulatory Lawyer to join their fitness to practice department, on a permanent basis. The organisation aims to implement a new operating model for its fitness to practice process to prepare for regulatory reform. Thus, this regulatory body is seeking legal professionals experienced in regulatory law to play an active role in developing and establishing the new investigation approach. Hybrid working arrangements are on offer with 1 day a week working in the office and the rest done remotely. This role is a hands: on and highly visible position that provides the right candidate with experience to help build their regulatory career. THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3+ years' PQE in regulatory law to provide support to the fitness to practice department. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, which will enable you to analysis information/evidence and in turn will lead to great decision making. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast: paced environment, your enviable skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team.
