About this Problem Manager role To support our continuing transformation into a major provider of technology services to retailers around the world, we are building a new organisational unit to support the mission of our Chief of Engineering Officer (CEng O). This 'Office of the Ceng O' promotes technical & engineering alignment, and provide cloud platform and development infrastructure services. The remit of the Office covers software engineering across the whole organisation, working across team and stream boundaries. The focus is on making a positive impact to the productivity and effectiveness of our development teams, both through direct services and through building and strengthening our engineering culture. As Problem Manager, you will have a full oversight of the Problem Management function. You will hold ownership of specific cases, leading reviews, as well as Coaching and Training related to Problem Management. You will assist in the creation and maintenance of any documentation related to Problem Management, including any Quality Assurance and Reporting. You will also be required to present findings to Stakeholders About you We'd love to hear from you if you have; Process Management Experience Understanding of Root Cause Analysis Techniques (5 Whys, KT, Ishikawa,)Problem Management Experience Ability to work with people at all levels An open mind Adaptability Willingness to learn It would be great but it's not essential,.
