The product is delicious, and the business model is successful : it works They are a people focused company and proud of the culture they have built so far : someone who is focused on adding value here and can demonstrate success in the past would be great. We are looking for someone who is coming from a great business with the right mindset. Reporting into the Founder there is a strong brand identity and a great product to work with: this is about taking the day to day Operations and running with it and improving an already thriving brand Key Role Requirements for Head of Operations: Customer Journey Management Staff Training and Development Budgeting You will have the overall financial and operational performance of the business and organisational capability. People will be at the heart of what you do : whether its employee engagement, operational development or customer satisfaction. Proven analytical ability and strong coaching skills that will achieve results through the team. Great communicator and can build relationships. Engage and motivate with their passion for the brand. Ideal Candidate as Head of Operations: We are looking for candidates who are from a restaurant group and have held solid tenure in companies. Multisite experience essential Currently in a similar role : ambitions to move into an Operations Director role long term.
