LIVE-IN Pub General Management Couple – Rugby Our client A well-established family-run company is looking for a welcoming couple to join their pub with great character and a second to none company culture. They offer award-winning ales and all-day food in a relaxed and friendly environment. If successful, they offer a competitive salary package with a bonus incentive scheme. This role comes with a private flat and no bills. Preferably in the couple one will be kitchen based and one front of house. The Role Responsible for the daily operations and performance of the pub. Supervise, motivate & develop staff. The focus will be on team training and development, maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth. The Couple One front of house operator and one chef At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role Understanding of simple good pub food We are looking for an ambitious, standards-driven couple.
