Following the Grenfell tragedy we have brought our social housing stock under local authority control and consider resident safety and repairs to be a top priority. We depend on regular, accurate management information to ensure we are carrying out our commitments. These include responsive repairs, servicing of void properties, planned works and compliance. The Role: Joining our new Resident Safety and Repairs team, you'll have every opportunity to shape your role. Overseeing the work of a small team focused on gathering, analysing and managing data, you'll provide contract managers, surveyors and other property professionals with the information they need to run efficient and compliant contracts and services. You and your team will collate and report on performance indicators for each work: stream and ensure effective monitoring. Your brief will include reviewing aspects such invoicing and contract administration as well as reporting on wider trends across the service. Working closely with our commercial and central finance teams, you will make a real contribution to achieving resident satisfaction and value for money. Please refer to the Job Description for more information. About You: Although knowledge of local authority housing services would be helpful, it is not essential.
