NPD Executive – Leading Food-To-Go Concept – London - £30K + Benefits Role: NPD Executive Location: London Salary: £30K + Benefits My client is an exciting food-to-go concept who have quickly established themselves as the leading brand in their market and a customer favourite. They are currently undergoing another expansion phase and are looking for talented individuals to join them. They are currently seeking an NPD Executive to join their team. The successful NPD Executive will work cross-functionally with the NPD Manager wider teams on a wide range of projects to ensure the brand is ahead of the game, keeping up with customer trends and constantly creating new exciting in demand products. This is the perfect role for a creative NPD Executive to join an exciting growing business who can offer genuine progression opportunities. Responsibilities include: Management of brand ingredients guidelines Arrange samples and testing. Research, source and manage the search for innovative samples in line with product development projects. Sourcing and liaising with potential suppliers, as well as the procurement team. Managing the NPD kitchen and samples store Run trend workshops with external trend agencies, suppliers and key stakeholders. Work with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure financial validation of all new product development and menu launches. The Ideal NPD Executive Candidate: Previous experience working within the food industry, ideally with food science or food engineering qualifications. Must be passionate about food, sweet treats and upcoming trends. Must be analytical, extremely creative and good with numbers. Impeccable attention to detail and organisation skills Full clean driving licence and Forklift qualifications are essential.
