Then this is your chance to join us! We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst. This position reports directly to the Global Service Desk Manager. Our Service Desk Analysts are responsible for ensuring that Electrosonic clients have the best customer service experience possible by providing the first point of contact for all clients contacting our global service desk. Your duties will include greeting the customer, backss their needs, documenting the request, gather all the required information and then dispatching the incidents to the appropriate technical support resources. This role also includes coordination of warranty and equipment repairs with internal and external partners and will see the successful applicant deliver end-to-end support on logged incidents. This role requires an inquisitive person with a motivated, dynamic personality; able to prioritize multiple tasks and respond quickly on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
