As we embark on ambitious new projects, we are seeking a talented Welding Engineer/Supervisor to oversee all welding activities on-site for large-scale viaducts and bridge structures. Job Description: Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Welding Engineer/Supervisor to lead and manage all welding activities on the construction site for our large-scale viaducts and bridge projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that welding processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities: Welding Management: Supervise and coordinate all welding activities on-site, including welding procedure qualifications, welder certifications, and inspections. Ensure that welding work meets industry codes, specifications, and quality standards. Implement and maintain welding procedures and best practices. Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety in welding operations, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Conduct safety training for welders and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Address and resolve safety concerns promptly. Quality Assurance: Perform weld inspections and quality checks to verify the integrity and quality of welded joints. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high welding quality standards.
