About the role: We are looking for an Event Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Hospitality Department, who will be responsible for setting up and delivering events, whilst providing the highest quality of service. No two days are ever the same, and you will work across all Hospitality areas of the business on events such as weddings, seminars, Christmas parties and graduations. To assist with the operational planning and co-ordination, service delivery and customer management of all conferences and events, both internal and external. Ensuring the department achieves consistently high standards of customer service, whilst maintaining operational controls including maximising sales opportunities and managing costs. As part of the management team contribute to policies and procedures and provide support to the other sections within the Hospitality department. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the delivery of hospitality and services for all conferences and events across all of The Lowry's corporate hospitality spaces, ensuring consistency and quality of service throughout. Work closely with the conference and events sales team to understand the practical needs of our clients and to provide advice on functional and effective delivery. Meet and greet clients, display a thorough knowledge of their event and remain present and available to the client at all times. Be responsible for maintaining back of house standards, including stock levels and storage. To carry out daily department checks of the event spaces to ensure they are clean, tidy.
