Maintenance Joiner Are you an experienced commercial Maintenance Joiner looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for a well: renowned company which offers upskilling and training? Randstad Construction and Property are working on behalf of a national Facilities Management company to find a time served joiner with commercial experience to carry out maintenance across the Edinburgh area. Location: Edinburgh Salary: Competitive (up to GBP32,000 depending on experience) Employment Type: Full: time, permanent, mobile Key benefits: Van and fuel card provided Annual leave and bank holidays Overtime hours available Generous pension scheme Training and development courses An average day will include the following: Carrying out statutory maintenance works and PPMs Tasks across all trades including minor plumbing, patch plastering, minor electrical and mechanical works etc. Carrying out installation and minor new works in accordance with appropriate policy, specifications and HSE regulations Reactive work and repairs when required Participating in an on call rota Providing a high level of customer service An ideal candidate will have: A full UK driving license City and Guilds or similar in Joiner/Carpentry All round DIY specialist skills An ideal candidate will be: A team player Flexible with working hours from time to time Able to remain calm and professional, communicating strongly Someone with a can: do attitude If this sounds like you then please get in touch by contacting Imogen Thompson at Randstad C and P Newcastle on Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
