Job Title: Meeting and Event Sales Manager Salary: A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 35,000 Location: London An exciting new opportunity has just come up for a driven and motivated Meeting and Event Sales Manager to join the busy team at this fun venue group in London. Our client is looking for an experienced individual with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for building client relationships within a hotel environment. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Drive sales and grow business profitability both reactively and proactively. Support the Director of Sales by developing the Event Sales Strategy. Update and maintain sales contact lists and account information in the Hotels systems. Assist with the creation and execution of marketing activities such as familiarization trips, site visits and trade show attendance. Attend monthly sales and marketing meetings as well as Event meetings. EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a sales and events role. Within a hotel environment preferred but not essential. Clear and confident communicator Proactive and flexible approach to workload Enthusiastic, positive and motivated attitude Undertake reasonable requests for other duties on an ad hoc basis.
