Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Credit Hire Trainer to join the Leeds office of a highly reputable national law firm. The role would suit experienced credit hire specialists, with upwards of 5 years’ hands on credit hire claims handling experience. Ideally candidates will be confident in providing mentoring, coaching and training sessions to the Credit Hire Team and wider business. Ideally candidates will be confident in providing mentoring, coaching and training sessions to the Credit Hire Team and wider business. Responsibilities of the Credit Hire Trainer: Deliver appropriate training to new starters in the credit hire team. Provide training to existing members of the team on new processes and strategies. Provide ongoing refresher training to current members of the credit hire team. Identifying training needs within the team, and support improvement plans to address gaps in knowledge. Development and implementation of credit hire training programmes. Work alongside the credit hire auditor to support the delivery of feedback through coaching. Requirements of the Credit Hire Trainer: A seasoned credit hire specialist with upwards of 5 years’ credit hire experience. Ideally someone who is confident in providing training sessions to new starters, refresher training to current staff members and coaching with individuals.
