Temporary Accommodation Officer - Leicester Based Full Time - Rota Hours Duties/Responsibilities: Undertake the admission, interviewing and induction of service users on arrival Maintain routine and confidential records Conduct twice daily welfare checks on service users Oversee the maintenance and security of the property and ensure that all repairs arereported promptly Undertake general domestic duties Resolve conflict in difficult and sensitive situations, adhering to council policy Deal with emergency situations, involving management as required Maintain discipline, following approved guidelines, including the eviction of service users following Council procedures Requirements: Experience in a customer facing role Experience of working with vulnerable individuals with challenging behaviourinteractionperience in the delivery of housing related support Previous experience of working in residential accommodation Competent in the practical use of ITTo find out more information please contact Lucie at Lucieh@Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices.
