Building Surveyor - Bedford One of the largest specialist construction companies in the UK, renowned for their high quality work, are growing at a rapid rate and are now pleased to be looking for a number of Building Surveyors to Senior level to join a young and social team at their head office in Bedford. Experience Ideally MRICS Qualified, you will have experience of running projects to the highest standards and have an excellent client facing demeanor and the ability to meet deadlines effectively You will work closely with the team to conduct surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, manage tenders and procurement and contract administration. Previous management experience would be beneficial, including mentoring Junior members of the team. A high attention to detail and strong written ability when writing reports to comply with any audits that are carried out. A strong desire to meet KPI's regarding budget and time targets. Having strong communication skills when communicating clearly with clients regarding the works that need to be carried out. An outstanding remuneration and benefits package is on offer.
