Cask Sales Manager – Whiskey Brand & Distillery – Scotland - £30k, £50,000k OTE My client is a leading Scottish Distillery boasting over 100 years in the trade. This distillery offers fantastic Cask products, experience tours, product bottling and a visitor center. The company has a fantastic culture and reputation up in Scotland with big plans to expand the brand well into 2024. As the Cash Sales Manager you will responsible for the sales of all Premium Cask Whiskeys across the distillery in Scotland. The Cask Sales Manager will need to provide the experience led service from start to finish, including the tour – production – manufacture and bottling of the product. The Cask Whiskey Sales Manager will be key in managing accounts and building new business across for the brand and portfolio. The Cask Sales Manager will be based at the distillery and have a focus on business growth and development. Cask Sales Manager responsibilities Develop a strategy for Cask Sales and Whiskey growth for the business Build and maintain new business across the portfolio Consistent sales across the Cask Whiskey brand Present and educate on all areas of the business surrounding Whiskey and Cask production Sales reporting across the business, along with regular business and marketing analysis Product development and customer engagement Engage with prospective clients and trade, hosting events and building on brand awareness The ideal Cask Sales Manager Candidate: Experience in Cask Whiskey Sales or Private alcohol sales A network of contacts or access to premium buyers of Cask Whiskey Passion and drive for the Drinks Industry, with specific drive for Whiskey products Strong communication and sales skills Previous track record in account management and negotiationinteractionperience working within a distillery or within a similar role If you are interested in having a chat about this role, please forward updated CVs to Mark at COREcruitment / mark@COREcruitment are experts.
