Key Responsibilities: Display exceptional leadership qualities and foster a positive atmosphere for guest relations. Exemplify excellent customer service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. Business and Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and update the spa's business and marketing plan to maximize its market position. Coordinate spa promotions and marketing activities effectively. Financial Management: Oversee the spa's financial budget, controlling costs, and preparing detailed expense reports for the Board of Directors. Manage the daily spa operations, maintaining industry standards and coordinating with staff members. Employee Training and Development: Ensure adequate training and development opportunities for all employees, addressing any performance gaps identified. Implement measures to enhance employee engagement and growth within the organization.
