In this role, you will be responsible for Climate UK sales and marketing strategy, delivering against the annual operating plan for a business of between 10m-20m. In this role, you will be responsible for Climate UK sales and marketing strategy, delivering against the annual operating plan for a business of between 10m-20m. Responsibilities: Execute short and mid-term sales strategies to deliver revenue, profit, and growth results in accordance with the overall business plan. Achieve individual sales targets. Maintain and grow a qualified opportunity funnel. Accountable for increasing UK & Ireland market share in existing segments. Requirements: A good balance between sales, account management, business development and technical skills. Knowledge of the HVAC/R market and dynamics or a similar technical background.3+ years of experience in a similar sales position.
