Financial Controller FTC6-month FTCSalary: £100- 120k pro rata Sector: Multi-site hospitality/ leisure & retail Location: London, W1FOur client is a growing multi-site leisure & hospitality business operating 13 venues across the UK. We are at an important stage of our development with a strong pipeline of new sites. The Role: The Interim Financial Controller will be responsible for all financial reporting and analysis within the business. They will report directly to the CEO and manage a dedicated finance team of 6. Responsibilities: Accurate and timely transactions within Navision including the development of all accounting systems, processes and full monthly balance sheet reconciliation. All commercial reporting including weekly flash, monthly management accounts, budgeting and ad hoc analysis. Delivery of strong cost control within the business and helping make the right investment decisions. Actively lead support and develop the financial team. Regular updating of forecasts, budgets and cashflows including the ability to build monthly, scenario-based models to evaluate multiple strategic outcomes. All external activity including audit, debt reporting, investor presentations etc. Oversight of Fourth Inventory Responsibility for product pricing cinema, F&B and leisure. Candidate Profile Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years’ experience in hospitality, leisure and/or retail. Pro-active and willing to roll-up your sleeves Strong technical and system skills ensuring that results are produced quickly.
