Field Service Engineer (Coffee Machine) Location: North London (Field Based) Salary: Up to GBP 38k + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full Time, Monday : Friday The Client: Our client is a well established food and beverages and manufacturing company. They craft exceptional coffee experiences with their advanced machine, offering remote control and cloud management for ultimate convenience. The Role: They are looking for a Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your tasks include troubleshooting, routine maintenance, installations, and client communication. Duties: Diagnose and fix various coffee equipment: machines, grinders, brewers, and espresso machines. Set up and customise new equipment for clients needs. Perform routine maintenance tasks: descaling, cleaning, and replacing parts. Keep meticulous records of service visits and repairs. Communicate clearly with clients regarding equipment upkeep. Stay current with coffee technology through industry events and training sessions. Requirements: Previous experience of repairing coffee machines and working as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Mechanical or electrical certification. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently Deep understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment. Willing to travel (Also Internationally) Proficiency in computer usage. Valid clean driving licence required.
