If so, Nurse Seekers are looking to recruit a Resourcer to complement the existing team who provide a unique and high: quality recruitment service to clients all across the UK. Nurse Seekers is an established and growing Healthcare recruitment company based at Hatton Country World just outside of Warwick. As a Recruitment Resourcer your overall role will be to assist the existing team of Consultants in the following: Sourcing suitable candidates for a variety of Healthcare positions using internal databases and online job boards. Telephone screening of candidates to ensure they fit the profile of a position Sending CVs and candidates information over to clients and liaising with them regarding their requirements. Arranging interviews for candidates and ensuring follow ups take place. The successful candidate will have the following: A confident telephone manner. Strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills (previous use of a CRM is desirable but not essential). Ability to compile detailed and well written emails. A strong work ethic and perseverance.
