We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Advisor/Coach to oversee and deliver this exciting service. Responsibilities : Employment Coach: As a Prison Employment Coach/IAG Advisor, you will be empowering prison learners to succeed in their personal and professional development. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting inductions and creating Digital Personal Learning Plans for prison learners. Assisting in the allocation of learners to appropriate educational courses and prison employment opportunities. Delivering employability workshops and supporting careers fairs.
