HR Generalist – Hotel Job title: HR Generalist Salary: 2.100-2.800€ per month Location: Berlin, Germany Part- time role 24h/32h per week We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist within a leading operator of tourist accommodation and entertainment venues in Europe, comprising backpacker hostels, bars, and traditional British pubs across various European countries. Responsibilities: Proficiently manage payroll operations and reconcile accounts Skillfully compare and align payroll calculations Modify contracts based on provided guidelines while adhering to German legislation Assist in clarifying tax identification and class, resolving administrative ambiguities Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external parties for administrative and contractual matters Handle administrative tasks with employment agencies, including income certification Efficiently manage and organize payroll documentation and reporting Facilitate income and work certifications, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution Processwage reports and manage incoming mail Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in administrative roles with employment agencieinteractionceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to balance responsibilities and adapt to a hybrid or remote working mode Strong communication and interpersonal skills, acting as a key support to the existing team A responsible and flexible individual, able adept at multitasking and navigating paperwork Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken If you are an HR Generalist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an organization while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, I invite you to apply for this role under : ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
