BASIC SALARY: A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 50,000 BENEFITS: A Bonus : OTE up to A GBP 75,000A Pension A Private Healthcare A 20days Holidays + stats (additional days awarded with long service)A Outside breakout area LOCATION: Northampton COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Corby, Towcester, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Newport Pagnell, Market Harborough, Rugby Overview : As our Operations Manager, your focus will be to manage the companys stock movement, distribution and operations including Health and Safety and audit (ISO 9001). This is a very hands: on role and will suit someone who comes from a strong commodity background. Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director and General Manager your key tasks will be to: A Support the General Manager, Managing Director and Branch Managers with the day to day running of the business and delivering the company strategy. A Directly manage the Northampton warehouse and delivery staff and the administration team. A Oversee staffing, operations, Health and Safety, company audit and regulatory affairs. Person Requirements: Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Site Lead : Metal processing Ultimately, as a successful Operations Manager, you will be an excellent communicator with a strong presence used to managing multi person teams and wearing many hats. HR experience is not essential but would be beneficial. You will also be able to demonstrate success as an Operations Manager ideally within an industrial environment for a successful SME, as well as being: A A hands: on operator with excellent communication skills and rounded operations experience.
