The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations of all events making sure the highest level of customer service is achieved. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering the events to a high standard. Across various of sites lead the team for onsite event delivery. Ensuring all equipment, drinks and setups are in place. Build relationships with clients to conduct post event feedback. Manage a range of different events. What do we require from you Previous experience in an Event Manager role ideally at a multi -site venue. Experience in managing and motivating a team. Exceptional organisational skills.
