They have a strong following and are part of a large all day dining group with great structure, training and development for chefs. You will need to be able to run all sections and help train and motivate junior chefs. This would suit a strong senior sous chef with a stable background and experience in a high volume sites or a busy restaurant or brasserie as sous chef or higher.
