I am currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our clients growing team within the Food FMCG sector of their multinational, publicly-traded corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for selling their range of A-brand confectioneries, beers, and waters to clients in the Asia and/or MENA regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG B2B international sales, with a focus on developing new business, acquiring new clients, and managing their accounts. If you are a target-crushing specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you. Important to note, that candidates must have experience overseeing and managing the entire sale lifecycle of either imported and/or exported goods OR have a very strong technical understanding on Supply Chain processes within an FMCG domain Key Responsibilities• Present to existing and potential customers in the Asia and/or MENA regions as a one-stop shop with a strong assortment of A-brand products. • Actively sell the company’s current assortment of confectioneries, beers and waters from the company’s warehouse through consolidated containers to existing and new customers in the Asia and/or MENA regions. • Identify, acquire, and establish relationships with new clients in an extremely competitive market, while maintaining and growing existing accounts. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support. • Meet and crush sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability. • Monitor and be immersed in market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction. • Understand the company’s assortment inside-out and tailor each offer to.
