Call Handler Part Time Parade Enterprise Centre, Chester GBP 11.52 to GBP 12.76 17.5 hours per week, on a rolling 2 week rota We're looking for a Call Handler to provide a first class, focused service to our customers. If you have a friendly manner and experience within a customer service environment, then we would love to hear from you. Technology Enabled Living provides assistive technology support packages for vulnerable people, to help them maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes. It also provides a lone: worker monitoring service to ensure the safety of Sanctuary employees who are entering people's homes as part of their job on a daily basis. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers. Shift pattern: Week 1 : Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2 : Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday The role of Bank Call Handler will include: : Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties: Responding to emergency calls in a customer focused, calm and friendly manner: Maintaining effective filing systems: Supporting the achievement of service standards Skills and experiences: : Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential: The ability to work under pressure: Proven experience of administration relating to customer service and complaints: Proven experience of effective communication at all levels: Basic knowledge of information systems and databases Why work for us?
