Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities Authorize holidays in line with departmental guidelines. Absence notifications in line with company policy. Support the training & development of all team members. First line investigation of all raised incidents in line with policy. Contribute to performance management reviews. Lead and motivate a team of trained people. Liaise with all other relevant departments across the organization. Responsible for managing inventory accuracy within the department.
