We are extremely proud of our legacy of excellence and constantly work to fulfill our mission to "protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet."What do our Holiday Project Leads do?Holiday Project Leads are responsible for all aspects of the production of Ambius holiday displays, including creating and managing production schedules & timelines, ordering materials,preparing orders for delivery, tracking and organizing holiday inventory. In addition, they work closely with the sales department to produce marketing or samples of holiday designs to support holiday sales efforts.Meet or exceed the branch holiday sales goalHire motivated and qualified production employeesStay on budget for goods purchased and holiday labor expensesBe sure all jobs produced are ready for installation prior to delivery dateWork with Branch Manager to create and adhere to holiday installation scheduleConduct health and safety audits of each employee to ensure work is in accordance with the safety policies of the company and other government regulatory agenciesEnsure that written health and safety procedures for each job task are up to date and available to include any potential health and safety risk in site specific areasAttend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessionsWhat do you need? High School diploma or equivalent2-5 years of holiday design or equivalent design experience preferred.Supervisor level experience in a customer focused environment preferredHighly effective communication both verbal and in writingThe ability to multitask & analyze situations and develop proactive responsesThe ability to work independently, taking the initiativeMust pass pre-employment background screenMust possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record search Why Choose Us?
