The role: As an Engineering Administrator - Production, you will be located within Production Engineering and required to work collaboratively with with Design, Production, Procurement, Workshop Management, Shopfloor staff and Quality Co-ordinator to help achieve efficient production and filing of QA documentation. As the Engineering Administrator, you are tasked to deliver administrative duties of monitoring and acting on Production Engineering and Workshop Transmittal email inboxes. A key part of the role will be Printing, stamping and collating production drawings, creating & populating Exported BOMs, checking/creating Workshop Travellers and Work Packs, assisting Production Engineers as and when required with supplier/procurement/design/workshop enquiries or queries, and Purchase Requests.
