NETCON is a consulting and engineering company founded in 1995 in Brazil, and it operates throughout NAM and LATAM. NETCON is recognized for its modern networks for voice, data, and image communications services and supports mobility, CoS and QoS, smart grid and smart city applications, Unified Communications (UC), and real-time mission-critical applications, among others. We are looking for professionals with good network protocols and architectures knowledge and good communication skills to interact with customers. This position will report to the Project Manager and require 25% of the time for travel around the country. What we offer Competitive Salary Medical Insurance ( Health, Dental & Vision) 401K with company matching PTO and Holidays What you’ll do Utilize a lead list and speak with eligible customers to educate them about our solutions; Build long-lasting relationships with consumers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools; Keep detailed records of all consumer interactions and follow all privacy requirements; Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers; Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support. Prepare sales contracts and order forms. Develop the capacity to have a deep knowledge of the company’s product. Ask qualifying questions and position solutions that best fit the client's needs. Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Negotiate details of contracts and payments. Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs. Any other activities as assigned by the manager. What you bring Over 3 years experience in the Telecom Sales or related field BS in Engineering, Telecom, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient in English; speaking in Spanish is a plus. Previous experience working in a retail environment. Must have a valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
