Leading construction company specializing on roofingServing our customers for over 20 years Job Responsibilities: You are required to network - prospect - call and close deals. Company will provide necessary training and tools too meet your sales goals. Conduct in-home sales presentations for our quality roofing projects Pre-schedule and qualify leads from customers that request our services Ability to generate leads close on the first appointment Attend weekly sales meetings/trainings Job Requirements: In home sales experience a plus HIS license preferred Technical measuring skills a plus, but not required Computer skills Excellent communication/presentation skills with a passion for selling Self-motivated, driven to succeed A professional image, high level of integrity Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance All reps will be responsible to self generate by canvassing or calling their own prospects list and convert those leads into sales in addition to company provided leads. What we offer: Paid Training Program $ 18.00 per hour 4-6 weeks Unlimited commission potential + bonus Monthly Cell Phone Allowance Monthly Mileage Reimbursement 1099 Position Commission Job Type : Full - time 100% Commission Position Pay : $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits : 401(k) Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Sick Time Pay Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Powered by JazzHR
