We invite you to join a team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest quality of behavior analytic services to the children and families we work with.We are currently hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our management team. This is a great position for BCBA looking to develop leadership skills. As an Assistant Director you will opportunity to supervise an established caseload of client's and technicians while also having administrative time to oversee and grow our Northern Virginia program. Clinical and administrative supported will be provided by Clinical BBCA manager and senior BCBA's located throughout the state.Benefits provided included a flexible schedule, the choice of hourly or salary compensation, PTO and Paid Holidays, health insurance and CEU reimbursement.Family Priority provides services to clients within a variety of funding sources throughout Northern Virginia, including Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax Counties.This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who is interested in expanding their managerial responsibilities while continuing to facilitate exceptional ABA programming. BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Director Assist in the overall management of a growing ABA program (hiring, training, staffing, oversight and growth) Lead, supervise and mentor a team of behavior assistants and BCBAs Provide parent training and facilitate team meetings Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents in the home and community Provide direct service (if needed) Powered by JazzHR
