Savan is looking for a strong Management Consultant to support government clients. The Management Consultant will be client-facing and critical to our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with senior-level management, working as a liaison between a client and an in-house technical team, gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, developing and implementing governance processes, and supporting training and communications. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences (internal and client-facing, verbal and written) and develop compelling supporting documentation. Role Responsibilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of complex problems. Ability to coordinate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience developing reports, briefings, and decks and presenting them to clients professionally and effectively. Assist in managing the prioritization of initiatives, Epics and operational activities and communicating these to a varied audience. Identify information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals. Experience with federal IT projects and records management. Experience gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders and developing those requirements into user stories. Experience documenting and managing the governance of solutions. Experience writing reports, briefings, training, and presentations. Ability to complete individual tasks effectively, work in a team environment, and be proactive with little guidance. Attention to detail in formulating project briefings, meeting minutes, communications, documentation, and other materials. Experience implementing tools and frameworks to support clients’ future-state business initiatives. Proactive and willing to engage in a high degree of verbal and written communication to support the program manager and team in its delivery to the client. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree Three to five years of professional experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the EPA. Familiarity with JIRA / requirements management tools. Knowledge of records management regulations.
