Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. Responsibilities: • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability• Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out• Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment• Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations• Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals• Expertise in Personal Training: Customize training programs to assist clients in achieving their fitness and health goals.• A Passion for People: If you love working with individuals to help them achieve their best selves, you're a perfect fit!• Create Musical Motivation: Bring your knack for crafting awesome playlists to keep workouts exciting.• Spread Positivity: Energize clients with your motivating high-fives.• Capture Progress: Don't hesitate to snap progress photos during sweaty post-workout moments.• Punctuality Matters: Your commitment to being on time and ready to inspire is unparalleled. Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification• Outstanding time management and organizational skills• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Must have training experience, a degree in exercise science or a similar field is preferred.
