New Home Sales Representative

We’re looking for a talented, professional Sales Agent to join our team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding potential buyers through the entire home-buying process. From showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the builder’s representative point of contact, and ensure all parties have a positive experience. Responsibilities:• Meet with potential buyers and agents on-site to answer questions and give tours of model homes.• Prepare and coordinate purchase and closing documents for each sale.• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyer and builder to achieve desired results.• Coordinate and communicate with all parties for each sale and closing including appraisers, lenders, inspectors, construction managers, design center, etc.• Generate and follow up on leads from realtors, networking, community events, and referrals.• Track all communication through the CRM.• Ensure the model home is clean and in excellent condition for prospects.• Coordinate with the construction team on any model home maintenance issues.• Work closely with the marketing team to organize realtor, community, and prospect events.• Gather and analyze local housing market data.• Develop a thorough understanding of competition by visiting competitors' model homes, inventory, and websites regularly.• Address concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.• Works weekends and evenings to accommodate client's availability. Qualifications:• Minimum of 1-2 years previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.• Must be able to work weekends.• Knowledge of sales programs, policies, and procedures.• Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry.
