Quality Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced quality coordinator to assist and support administratively with processes, ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. You will manage the documentation needed for successful audits this will require the preparation and maintenance of ISO Docs. Responsibilities: Coordinating/supporting functional process audits and assessments• Support in Ensuring process compliance• Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations• Preparing ISO Documents and maintenance.• Work collaboratively with other department heads and stakeholders• Defining quality standards and ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality and meet client needs.• Interact with the department heads/ leads to understand the existing process and document the same.• Set and document workflow/ procedures for all departments.• Ensure all reports to projects (internal or client) are escalated to the concerned head or Manager• Working side by side with the Training & Development Dept. to ensure all process training is up to date and follow up for training effectiveness and arrange training or refreshers.- Perform annual performance reviews for all processes.• Monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance process/ workflow- According to the skill sets required for all members of the QA/QC/Management/Production teams on the basis of the needs in the core offerings Qualifications:• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Coordination• Expertise in ISO Coordination & carrying out ISO Audits• MS Office Skills• Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and presenting)• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, related discipline or equivalent. Should have completed a certification course in TQM or QMS or equivalent.
