We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic part-time bell-door attendant to become our newest team member and help our guests have enjoyable stay by providing top notch service. You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, help bring luggage to guest rooms, support the guest services team, and provide memorable experiences. Applicants should be hospitable and ready to serve by providing overall guest satisfaction. If this sounds like something, you'll enjoy then apply today! This is a local 727 position. Responsibilities: • Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel• Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk• Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests• Ability to work a varied schedule that will include working 1st, 2nd, and mid-shifts. You need to have the availability to work nights and weekends.• Need to be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs of heavy luggage and equipment as needed• Standing and walking for most of your work shift and work outside in inclement weather based on the seasons of the year Qualifications: • Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills• Prior experience of 1 year in hospitality as a bell attendant, or similar position in customer service• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED• Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays About Company: Just off Magnificent Mile, our suites are adjacent to the John Hancock Center.
