Health Insurance Fronter Are you passionate about helping people find the right health insurance coverage? HIG is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Fronter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in pre-qualifying and fronting potential customers to our licensed agents, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible assistance in navigating their health insurance options. Compensation: • $26,000 - $31,000 (+ STRONG COMMISSION STRUCTURE) Responsibilities:• Pre-qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility and needs for health insurance coverage.• Front potential customers to licensed agents, providing them with relevant information and ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage of the process.• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.• Meet and exceed performance goals and targets.• Commission: Earn a commission per deal closed that you fronted to the licensed agent. • Weekly pay schedule. Qualifications:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.• Previous experience in sales or customer service.• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
