Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes, market trends, and the surrounding neighborhood• Nurture relationships that connect with the client to generate more sales• Detail-oriented with written offer purchase and listing agreements Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Technology driven• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)• High motivation and drive• Self-confident and able to persist despite obstacles• Show good organizational and time management skills• Easily builds relationships with clients and service-oriented• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills• 4 year College degree or more is preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly About Company: Josh Lavik & Associates is a growing real estate group.
