Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• A consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood• Assist with drafting offers to purchase documents, amendments, and other required documents to complete a real estate transaction Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Present yourself in a professional manner• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Ability to communicate at a high level through phone, email, text, and social media• Must be friendly and have excellent communication skills Compensation: $28,000 - $48,000 yearly About Company: Josh Lavik & Associates is a growing real estate group.
