Our successful dealership is looking for an experienced automotive finance manager to present financing options and opportunities to our car buyers and effectively support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and a proven track record of high performance as a finance and insurance manager. JM&A background and experience are a plus. Responsibilities: • Adhere to strong ethical and customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards as a finance and insurance manager• Work with the sales manager during each vehicle purchase and offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs to car buyers• Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them• Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales• Prepare papers, work with lending institutions, set interest rates, and finalize financial plans in accordance with federal laws and local regulations Qualifications: • Required proficiency using Microsoft Suite products and basic computer software• Must have two or more years of experience working as a finance, insurance, or sales manager, preferably in a dealership setting• Clean driving record andvalid state-issued driver’s license are required • Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or have commensurate professional experience Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 yearly About Company: South Bay Mazda near Los Angeles customizes the car buying experience for the customer at hand.
