Position Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter . This role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent across a national network of corporate locations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record of effectively filling positions, ranging from entry-level to Directors. Location: This position is remote; however, it is required that candidates be based in the Sarasota-Bradenton area due to occasional in-person team meetings and coordination with local operations. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of various departments, including administrative and operational roles. Conduct full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for a wide range of roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles. Utilize a variety of innovative recruiting methods to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Maintain a significant presence in key industry-specific networks to promote the employer brand and attract top-tier candidates. Manage communications with candidates from initial contact through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Oversee the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations. Provide reporting and analytical insights to HR management to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes. Participate in special projects, including employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally split between a recruiting agency and in-house, corporate recruiting. Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in full-cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff. Proficient in the use of an ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple recruiting projects and roles simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Compensation and Perks: Excellent compensation package including a base of $55,000-65,000 (based on experience), bonuses and full employee benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
