Advantage Personnel is looking for an Engineering Technician to work in the various departments for a company that manufactures sporting goods equipment for basketball, volleyball, soccer, and more. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 am-4:30 pm, with possible overtime on Fridays. Pay is $26-28/hr. Engineering Technician Duties and Responsibilities ? Support the development and implementation of automation? Collaborate with team to troubleshoot manufacturing processes? Support continuous improvement activities? Ensure compliance with safety regulations Engineering Technician Requirements and Qualifications ? Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor CAD is preferred? Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail? Ability to read technical drawings?
