Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Operates dishwasher and/or hand-washes, dries, and puts away all dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Cleans and maintains kitchen post-serving. May collect and dispose of garbage left at tables and in the kitchen. May perform routine duties related to serving food and beverages. May clear dishes and clean dining tables. May assist with stocking food inventory and light food prep. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience. May require ServSafe certification.
