Mission Dorado Baptist Church (“MDBC”) in Odessa, TX, is currently searching for its next Senior Pastor position.The Senior Pastor will shepherd the church membership, provide preaching/teaching on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, and help administrate the church’s back office. Candidates should be energetic and ready to help evangelize, disciple and grow MDBC.Mission Dorado is a staff-led, deacon-supported Baptist church currently home to approximately 100 active members. It is a member church of the Southern Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention. Its core beliefs are best summarized by the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.The position is considered full-time and thus qualifies for MDBC’s benefits package (salary, PTO, health insurance, retirement account). Salary will depend on experience but will likely range between $85K-$110K annually. Relocation assistance is also available.Please send resumes to XXXX@gmail.com
