Your role will be to: * Ability to set up and run CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc controls.* Ability to follow work instructions by maintaining specifications, by observing milling, drilling, tapping, grooving and cutting operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.* Ability to perform routine maintenance. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.* Ability to read blue prints and inspect parts. Check accuracy of work against blueprints.* Ability to work 2nd shift.* Ability to read mics, calipers, OD’s, tool pre-setting/comparators, dial bore gauges and make proper tooling offsets in the machine tool, as well as, proper speeds & feeds. If this is you, come join us! * 3-5 years of CNC Machine operating/set-up experience.* Background of machining of castings, iron castings preferred.* Previous lathe and milling experience preferred.* Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.* Associate degree from a 2 year college or technical school or 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
