Job Description: Embrace Progressive Therapy Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Mary Health of the Sick Convalescence and Nursing Hospital. The PTA will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients.Perform therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities as prescribed.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary under the guidance of the PT.Educate patients and their families about the treatment process and at-home exercises.Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Qualifications:Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.CPR and First Aid certification.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.Compassionate and patient-focused, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to XXXX@embraceprotherapy.com or apply online at www.embraceprotherapy.com.
