Diesel Mechanic Full-time Location: Paulsboro, NJ Compensation: Earn up to $52,000-$60,000 annually! Now Hiring! Looking for a new and exciting career opportunity? Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager the diesel mechanic performs highly skilled preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on motor coaches to minimize downtime in a cost effective, safe, timely manner and ensure a positive customer experience. We are willing to train the right candidate with a minimum of 2 years of commercial automotive experience. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth. What We Offer: Competitive wage based upon experience and certifications starting at $25.00 per hour Guaranteed Full Time and overtime when available Employee Medical Insurance paid by company 100% Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, short term disability, Life insurance, 401K, vacation and paid time off) Uniform provided Tools and Boot Allowance Union Shop Responsibilities: Routine and preventative maintenance Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures Familiar with Cummins and Detroit Engines Familiar with ZF and Allison Transmissions Prefer CDL License - Class B with P Endorsement Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred (must be 18 years old or older) Diesel mechanic experience is preferred; however, we will consider qualified candidates with a minimum of 2 years of commercial automotive mechanic experience. Valid Driver License and dependable transportation Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT physical Willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays Work experience on motorcoaches is required To learn more about your next big career change, APPLY NOW!
